The Rolling Stones- Miss You

From Some Girls (1978)
(Lyrics)
I've been holding out so long
I've been sleeping all alone
Lord I miss you
I've been hanging on the phone
I've been sleeping all alone
I want to kiss you
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh oooh
Well, I've been haunted in my sleep
You've been starring in my dreams
Lord I miss you
I've been waiting in the hall
Been waiting on your call
When the phone rings
It's just some friends of mine that say,
"Hey, what's the matter man?
We're gonna come around at twelve
With some Puerto Rican girls that are just dyin' to meet you.
We're gonna bring a case of wine
Hey, let's go mess and fool around
You know, like we used to"
Aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah
Aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah
Aaah aaah aaah aaah
Oh everybody waits so long
Oh baby why you wait so long
Won't you come on! Come on!
I've been walking in Central Park
Singing after dark
People think I'm crazy
I've been stumbling on my feet
Shuffling through the street
Asking people, "What's the matter with you boy?"
Sometimes I want to say to myself
Sometimes I say
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
I won't miss you child
I guess I'm lying to myself
It's just you and no one else
Lord I won't miss you child
You've been blotting out my mind
Fooling on my time
No, I won't miss you, baby, yeah
Lord, I miss you child
Aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah
Aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah
Aaah aaah aaah aaah
Lord, I miss you child
Aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah
Aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah
Aaah aaah aaah aaah
Lord, I miss you child
Aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah
Aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah

Ukraine Forces Holding Out as Russia Moves on Crimean Bases

SEVASTOPOL, CRIMEA — Russian forces have been seizing Ukrainian military bases and warships in Crimea as Moscow finalizes its annexation of the Black Sea peninsula. While Ukraine prepares to move its forces out of Crimea, however, some Ukrainian military holdouts are not bowing to pressure and are refusing to leave.
The Slavutich is the last remaining navy ship under the Ukrainian flag in the bay of Sevastopol.
Russian ships are blocking it, as the Russian military quickly takes over Crimea.
Local fishermen, just meters from the standoff, do not mind if the Ukranian navy stays or leaves, said fishermen Igor. "Russia used to pay for Sevastopol, for their ships anchored here. Now, let them [Ukrainian navy] pay."
A short drive away at Belbek Airforce base, pro-Russia forces are pressuring Ukraine's remaining military to pack up and leave.
Colonel Yuliy Manchur, commander of the base, said, "Currently on the airfield there are 10 to 12 armored personnel carriers trained on us. They are staying and waiting for an order. The probability of storming is very high. So we are staying here and waiting."
Northwest of Crimea's capital Simferopol, several more Ukrainian ships refuse to surrender, even though Russian troops now control Donuzlav naval base.
Many servicemen are tired of Russian pressure and feel betrayed by the silence from their commanders and Kyiv's interim government. They include Sergei.
"We were offered to make a choice until 1200 [1000GMT] whether we stay in Ukraine, loyal to Ukraine's oath, or whether we switch to the Russian side. As for me, I have made a decision to quit the naval forces for good and not to serve anyone," he said.
Sevastopol was for decades a shared Navy headquarters. Despite Ukraine's leaders' insisting they will keep Crimea, Russia has made it clear it has no intention of letting this catch get away.

Crimea Annexed As Monitoring Mission Agreed

Russia has consented to the deployment of scores of civilian observers to monitor the political and security situation in Ukraine.
The 57 member countries of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) have agreed for an initial deployment of 100 monitors to regions in the east, south and west.
Up to 400 more could be added "as necessary and according to the situation", diplomats said.
Western countries have been pushing hard for an observer mission as a way of preventing an escalation of tensions in Ukraine following Russia's annexation of the Crimean peninsula.
Russia had blocked the plan on previous occasions.
OSCE vice-chairperson Thomas Greminger welcomed the decision as a "very meaningful contribution to de-escalate the situation in Ukraine".
While US ambassador Daniel Baer remained optimistic that the mission would have access throughout Ukraine, including Crimea, Russia maintained the observers would not be welcome in the Black Sea peninsula.
Russian Federation ambassador Andrei Kelin said observers have "no mandate over there ... Crimea is a part of the Russian Federation".
Mr Baer said OSCE teams would start deploying within 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Ukraine's foreign affairs minister said that a political association agreement signed between the European Union and Ukraine was the choice of the Ukrainian people.
Speaking in Brussels, Andrii Deshchytsia said the agreement had been on the table for years.
The highly symbolic piece of paper is part of the same EU deal that sparked Ukraine's political crisis when then-President Viktor Yanukovych rejected it in November and chose a bailout from Russia instead.
At the Kremlin on Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed parliamentary legislation incorporating Crimea into Russia, hailing it as a "remarkable event".
Prime Minister David Cameron and other EU leaders imposed sanctions on 12 more people to punish Moscow for its takeover of the Ukrainian territory.
The EU also agreed to step up moves to reduce the bloc's reliance on Russian energy. Mr Cameron said EU members needed to do more to develop their own reserves, as well as their ability to use gas from overseas producers, including the US.
The Prime Minister said: "Our message to Russia is clear: choose the path to diplomacy and de-escalation or face increasing isolation and tighter and tighter sanctions."
Mr Cameron also refused to rule out further sanctions against several oligarchs, including Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
The White House announced US President Barack Obama would be embarking on a six-day trip to Europe on Monday, including The Hague for a nuclear security summit and a meeting of the G7, then to Brussels for a summit of European leaders and a meeting with the Nato secretary general.
He will also be going to Rome and the Vatican to meet Pope Francis, before leaving the continent to head to Saudi Arabia.

Malaysia Plane: 'Criminal Act' Behind Mystery

Missing Plane Probe 'May Provide No Answers'

Updated: 5:10pm UK, Thursday 20 March 2014
By Greg Milam, US Correspondent
One of the world's top air crash investigators has said finding a possible human cause for the disappearance of flight MH370 may be the only way of solving the mystery.
Thomas Anthony, a former security chief with the Federal Aviation Administration, told Sky News finding the aircraft, which disappeared nearly a fortnight ago with 239 people on board, is vital to solving many of the unanswered questions.
It comes after an American scientist who found the wreckage of an Air France plane, which crashed in 2009, claimed investigators may "never find out what happened".
"If the aircraft breaks, the technical investigation will likely disclose the causes," Mr Anthony said.
But he warned: "If the human breaks, the technical investigation may actually provide no answers to what caused the accident, incident or crash."
His comments come as the FBI is brought in to help analyse files deleted from a flight simulator belonging to Malaysia Airlines pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah.
Records of simulations were deleted on February 3, although investigators insist Mr Zaharie is innocent until proven guilty.
Mr Anthony, director of the world renowned Aviation Security and Safety Programme at the University of Southern California (USC), criticised officials for failing to speak with a "single investigative voice".
He also said he believes Malaysian authorities failed to prepare for a major air disaster.
As news of a possible sighting of debris was announced, the US also offered to help in any way it can.
Officials from both the FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are in Malaysia to assist with the investigation.
Most air accident investigators will at some point turn to the USC's crash lab.
Sky News was given access to its vast warehouse in eastern Los Angeles, where the wreckage of numerous aircraft is stored.
Project specialist Daniel Scalese said: "The answers are all here. It does look like a bunch of twisted wreckage but the answers are all here if you know where to look and what to look for."
The USC team said aviation has benefited from the public attention on air disasters as safety continues to improve.
They point to figures showing only 0.4 of every one million flights result in a crash.
Generally, they claim, a chain of five or six factors lead to an accident and discovering just one of those can lead to huge advances.
Mr Anthony said: "We don't have to wait for the final analysis to learn some lessons."
The investigation into the disappearance of flight MH370 is looking at a number of theories, including hijacking, sabotage and terrorism, as well as a fault with the plane, such as a fire in the cockpit.
Authorities believe someone on board intentionally switched off two vital pieces of communication equipment and deliberately diverted the aircraft.
Satellite data suggests the plane flew for at least seven hours after it was turned back across Malaysia towards the Strait of Malacca.
