Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, who worked as a delivery man, was nonetheless able to transfer to his family in Tunisia by messenger the sum of $110,000 just days before he used a truck to murder Bastille Day celebrants in Nice, Western intelligence sources reveal.  ISIS claimed Saturday that Bouhlel was one of its ‘soldiers.” He now appears to have been generously paid for his service to the jihadist group.
