“Smurftastic,” is how the ever-articulate Britney Spears  described her new track for The Smurfs 2 film when it announced two months ago, and she was right; it isn’t bad at all and quite catchy.
The sweet, bubbly pop number about “feeling good” premiered today on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show with the Femme Fatale herself. She explained what ‘ooh la la’  means, and said it is “like when a guy makes you giddy.”
Britney further discussed her upcoming eight album, and said she and producer Will.i.am are in the “beginning stages” of formulating according to Billboard

“I want to definitely take this album and have a new approach with it and make it a little different than anything I’ve ever done,” she said. “Will has a lot of really interesting different tracks that I’ve listened to that are really cool that I haven’t actually written on yet, but there’s a lot of guitar and I think people will be surprised with this album. It’s gong to be really different.”
She also revealed she’ll begin working with William Orbit, the Grammy-winning producer behind Madonna’s Ray of Light, starting next week. “I’ve never worked with him before so I’m really, really excited.”
We’re excited too Brit!
